Come learn about London’s top site-sensitive festival – opening its doors for Peckham Festival.
BasicSpace is an annual site-sensitive theatre festival held at the Safehouse 1 and 2 in Peckham in March. As part of Peckham Festival 2017, the company are opening their doors to showcase some of the work the festival programmes, as well as a chance for people to meet the team behind the event. This will be a unique opportunity to get behind the scenes with the organisation, the buildings and the artistic work. If you are considering applying for the next festival or are interested in theatre and art in unconventional spaces this event is highly recommended.
This event will feature performances from BROKENSTEREO (BasicSpace 2016) and Cmd+shift (BasicSpace 2017).
BROKENSTEREO will be testing a brand new piece of work that weaves audience choices into the story. cmd+Shift will be bringing back a small scale version of their 2017 festival hit: Chronos.
