An exhibition bringing together the artists represented by Duende Print for a night of art and live music from Pepo.
This exhibition is a showcase of artists published by Duende Print, a London based independent publisher. Duende Print collaborates with emerging artists towards the publication of their book and provides them with international exposure via exhibitions and book fairs. The aim of Duende Print is to work in close association with the artists, developing and experimenting with the publication of the project. This relationship is what we wish to convey with our exhibition, a collaboration amongst artists through the sharing of the physical space, Safehouse 1.
Duende Print is not only focused on the production of books but identifies the relationship between the images on the pages and in a physical space. Exposing the work as prints, sculptural objects and live music. Uncovering the work in an interactive environment, the content of the book can be appreciated in its raw form. This show brings the contributors of Duende together under one roof, and acts as an opportunity to showcase the work of exciting new talents to the public.
